Revelation
I presume the wise men were not Jews and did not become Christians. But they did experience a profound revelation of God in the infant Jesus. The Magi remind us how God’s revelation will continue to come to us, not just from within our own religious tradition. Rather than condemning people who believe differently than we do, presume that they, too, have been created in the image of God and may well be a source of revelation to us.
